Home Education Discovering History Sessions: Romans (6yrs+)

A home education history session for children aged 6 and over exploring Roman Southampton through real artefacts and stories.

This session for home educating families takes children aged 6 and over back 2,000 years to when Roman legionaries marched into Southampton. Participants can handle real Roman artefacts and hear tales of emperors and pirates. The hour-long session takes place in the education room, and museum admission is included on the day.
