Bel's Kitchen hosts a supper club evening at The Hall Exeter, serving a three-course menu at £46 per head. Dishes include panelle with fennel salt, mozzarella with roast squash and spiced brown butter, roast lamb with black beans, kale, rosemary and walnuts, and warm orange and almond cake with bay syrup and creme fraiche. Guests book tables for the 7pm sitting, which runs until 10pm.
