Family Dance at The Hall

A playful dance and movement session where children and their carers move, explore and create together.

This family session invites children and their grown-ups to share a playful dance and movement practice together. Led by Alexa, whose classes focus on fluidity, momentum and continuous movement, the session blends creativity, playfulness and embodied awareness. It offers a space for families to move, explore, create and expand together, drawing on her post-motherhood practice of rebuilding strength and joy through movement.
