Natalie Vallely - Conscious Connected Breathwork 7pm Class

A one-hour Conscious Connected Breathwork class led by facilitator Natalie Vallely, aimed at easing stress, anxiety, tension and overwhelm through guided breathing techniques that work with the nervous system. Vallely, based in Lyme Regis with a private practice and regular group sessions across East Devon, also appears at UK festivals.
