In The Black Midwinter
About
A three-day goth music festival in its sixth year, held in a Victorian cemetery chapel and featuring an eclectic line-up of goth-scene performers.
In The Black Midwinter returns to Sheffield for its sixth year as a three-day celebration of goth music staged at the Samuel Worth Chapel in the Victorian Sheffield General Cemetery. Organised by Night Shift, the weekend spans ukulele, synth-pop, acoustic folk rock, blues and traditional goth, with performers curated for their originality. Each day runs from mid-afternoon (Friday from the evening) with an interval before evening sets, capped by a DJ after party on the Friday. Full festival tickets are limited to 60 and the event is a volunteer-led fundraiser for Sheffield General Cemetery Trust.
