Spook Show & Film

An evening of Spook Show-style magic and strange tales followed by a screening of the 1959 horror film House on Haunted Hill, at Sheffield General Cemetery's chapel.

This volunteer-led fundraiser recreates the traditional Spook Shows of the early 20th century with bizarre magic, strange storytelling and supernatural surprises in the Samuel Worth Chapel. The second half features a screening of the classic 1959 black-and-white horror film House on Haunted Hill, starring Vincent Price. Afterwards, attendees can explore a Cabinet of Curiosities of strange and mysterious objects. Doors open at 7.30pm with the performance at 8.00pm.
