Sound Bath - Repton, Derby

A one-hour deep relaxation sound bath with gongs and singing bowls at Repton Village Hall, hosted by Louise Walker.

Louise Walker hosts a sound bath session described as a deep healing relaxation experience. Participants lie comfortably on the floor while immersed in vibrations from wind gongs, singing bowls and other instruments, aiming to reach a meditative, dreamlike state. The one-hour session is open to everyone, who are asked to bring cushions, blankets and a yoga mat, with certain health conditions advised against attending.
