Guided Walk: Ancient Trees and Magnificent Murals

A free two-hour volunteer-led guided walk exploring Sizergh's ancient trees, farmland and limestone woodland, with views over the Lyth Valley.

Volunteer guides lead a roughly two-hour walk through Sizergh's farmland and ancient limestone woodland, learning about the estate's centuries-old trees and enjoying views across the Lyth Valley and the Lake District fells. The route also takes in a magnificent mural at the picturesque St John's Church. Participants should meet outside Visitor Reception and wear stout footwear and weather-appropriate clothing.
