Night-time Navigation

Practise navigation in darkness on two published dates at Walltown, building on prior navigation experience.

This additional session to the National Park’s Introduction to Navigation course develops the skills used in poor visibility and lets participants practise them after dark. Participants should already understand practical navigation, bearings and pacing, bring a head torch and food, and be aged over sixteen; under-eighteens must attend with a participating adult. Dogs are not permitted.
