Women's Circle Monthly Wellness Gathering

A monthly women's wellness gathering in Wetherby featuring a sound bath with James from Healing Hands, plus mindfulness, movement, conversation and creative activities.

UKind Therapy hosts a two-hour women's wellness gathering at Wetherby Methodist Church, combining grounding and mindfulness, movement and laughter, conversation, creative self-expression and discussion of wellbeing topics such as confidence and boundaries. The November session features an immersive sound bath led by James from Healing Hands using singing bowls and other resonant instruments. No prior experience is needed and participants can join in as much or as little as they wish.
