Sound Bath with Charlotte

A one-hour in-person sound bath led by sound therapist Charlotte, offering deep rest and relaxation through gong vibrations and gentle frequencies.

Charlotte leads a sound bath session at Jamyang Buddhist Centre Leeds, inviting participants to settle into stillness as waves, frequencies and gentle vibrations from instruments such as the gong move through the body, supporting deep rest and release. The session is open to all levels and no experience is needed; attendees are asked to arrive in comfortable clothing. Sessions run 7pm–8pm on selected Fridays, and registration is essential via the organiser's ticketing page.
