Learn focaccia, ciabatta and grissini in a practical introduction to Italian bread baking.

The workshop welcomes bakers of all experience levels. Participants must be at least 12, and anyone under 18 must attend with a paying adult. Recipes cannot be adapted through ingredient substitutions; ask the school about allergens before booking.
