A 60-minute gong sound bath led by Helen Nicholas, guiding participants into deep relaxation through meditative sound.

A 60-minute gong sound bath in The Horton's Performance Space, led by Helen Nicholas. Participants lie down comfortably while a guided relaxation is followed by waves of gong sound intended to leave them deeply relaxed. Attendees are asked to bring mats, blankets and cushions, and no late admission is permitted once the session has begun.
