A weekend Buddhist retreat for the Cardiff Sangha at Adhisthana Retreat Centre, with meditation, teachings and shared accommodation from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon.
A residential weekend retreat for the Cardiff Sangha at Adhisthana Retreat Centre, combining meditation, Buddhist teachings and time to relax and connect with others. Participants arrive on the Friday from 4pm, with dinner at 6pm, and the retreat finishes by 3pm on Sunday. It is suitable both for people attending their first retreat and for more experienced practitioners, with most accommodation in shared single-sex rooms and a bursary scheme available.
