A family-friendly stage musical about a magical flying car, based on Ian Fleming's story with songs by the Sherman Brothers.
This musical follows eccentric inventor Caractacus Potts, who restores a battered old racing car with his children Jeremy and Jemima, only to discover it can float and fly. When the tyrannical Baron Bomburst sets out to seize the enchanted vehicle, the family — aided by Truly Scrumptious and Grandpa Potts — embarks on a thrilling adventure. Based on the 1968 film adaptation of Ian Fleming's children's book, the show features a score by Richard M. and Robert B. Sherman, the songwriters behind Mary Poppins. Performances run about 2 hours 30 minutes including an interval, with BSL-interpreted shows on the Saturday and Sunday matinees.
