Meet the Maker: Amarjeet Kaur Nandhra is a free drop-in session where attendees can learn about the themes and techniques of her textile art.
Drop in to discover more about the themes, techniques, and ideas in the ‘UNmaking’ exhibition by meeting acclaimed artist Amarjeet Kaur Nandhra. Her practice explores the idea that textiles carry our stories, stimulate our memories, and express our beliefs. She focuses on examining the hidden meanings behind textiles, particularly traditional Indian textiles, and how they narrate the stories of their makers.
