SLO | YIN November's Sound Bath Journey at Rise, Frome

A candlelit one-hour sound bath with singing bowls, gongs and chimes at Rise in Frome, led by Jessica Sloyan.

SLO & YIN hosts a candlelit sound bath journey designed to clear stagnant energy, restore balance and guide the body into deep rest. The hour-long session uses the vibrations of singing bowls, gongs, chimes and grounding instruments, with optional YIN beds offering a mattress, blanket, eye mask and aromatherapy bath salts. The event is for ages 18+, with doors opening at 6:50 PM and free parking available.
