Soothing Sound Bath & Meditation w/ Rounik

Sound therapist Rounik Sethi leads a heart-opening sound bath at The Langton Wellness Hub in Brislington. The session begins with a check-in, intention-setting and breathwork, followed by a chakra balancing guided meditation and live sacred sound from Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, monochords and Koshi chimes. The experience lasts about 90 minutes and is aimed at relaxation, re-tuning and emotional support.
