SLO|YIN November's Sound Bath Journey

A candlelit sound bath with singing bowls, gongs and chimes at Box Methodist Church, designed to release tension and restore calm.

SLO & YIN hosts a one-hour candlelit sound bath at Box Methodist Church, led by Jessica Sloyan. Participants lie on YIN beds with mattress, pillow, blanket, eye mask and aromatherapy bath salts while vibrations from singing bowls, gongs, chimes and grounding instruments guide the body into deep rest. The session is aimed at adults aged 18 and over seeking tension release, nervous system regulation and a sense of grounding.
