SLO | YIN December's Sound Bath Journey at Rise, Frome

A candlelit one-hour sound bath with singing bowls, gongs and chimes at Rise in Frome, led by Jessica Sloyan.

SLO & YIN hosts a candlelit sound bath journey designed to clear stagnant energy and guide the body into deep rest. The hour-long session uses the vibrations of singing bowls, gongs, chimes and grounding instruments, with the aim of releasing tension, regulating the nervous system and creating a sense of clarity and grounding. Attendees aged 18 and over can reserve a 'YIN bed' with mattress, pillow, blanket, eye mask and aromatherapy bath salts to take home. Doors open at 6:50 PM and free parking is available.
