Engaging Wise Intention to Navigate Worlds of Change
About
A day retreat with Jane Cutler exploring wise intention through Insight Dialogue meditation, in person at Glenfrome Primary School.
Bristol Insight Meditation's November day retreat, led by Insight Dialogue teacher Jane Cutler, explores the Buddhist teaching of wise intention — cultivating letting go, goodwill and non-harm — as a compass for navigating change. The day combines periods of silent sitting and walking meditation with relational Insight Dialogue practice, where participants investigate the teachings in pairs or small groups using six meditative guidelines. The retreat runs 10am–4pm with a shared vegetarian lunch, mostly in companionable silence, and teachers are supported by dana (voluntary donations) on the day.
