About
A one-day meditation retreat with Ajahn Canda exploring how loving-kindness and insight into non-self support each other, in person and online.
Oxford Insight Meditation hosts a day retreat led by Ajahn Canda, a Theravada bhikkhuni of the Anukampa Bhikkhuni Project. The day combines stillness and movement meditation, meditation instruction, Dhamma teachings and discussion on the theme of how self-metta and insight into non-self illuminate one another. Suitable for beginners and experienced meditators, the day runs 10am to 5pm with a silent lunch, and participants are asked to commit to the full day.
