Safeguarding Level 3 Refresher, Exeter

A one-day inter-agency Child Protection Safeguarding Level 3 refresher course for professionals with safeguarding children responsibilities, led by Jon Galling.

This one-day refresher course is for delegates who have already completed the initial Safeguarding Children Level 3 training and hold safeguarding children responsibilities, such as named or designated staff. Group 3 and above are required to attend an inter-agency safeguarding update every two years. Training objectives include updating knowledge of child abuse issues, legislation and guidance, agencies' roles and responsibilities including referrals and MASH, and lessons learned from serious case reviews and Ofsted briefings. The session runs 9:30am to 4pm and is led by Jon Galling, Safeguarding Lead for The Harbour Schools Partnership and Dartmoor Multi-Academy Trust.
