About
A two-day Child Protection Inter-agency Safeguarding Level 3 initial course for staff with safeguarding responsibilities, led by Jon Galling.
This two-day, multi-agency course is for identified, named or designated staff with safeguarding responsibilities, running 09:30–16:00 on both days. Training objectives include identifying key safeguarding legislation, understanding the Safeguarding Lead role, recognising signs of abuse and neglect, using the Early Help process and threshold tool, and managing disclosures and record-keeping. Completion is designed to give participants confidence in their role as a DSL, DDSL or Named Person within their setting.
