Ecstatic Dance UK - SUN•DAY

Sunday morning ecstatic dance sessions at The Baths with live DJ sets, opening and closing circles, plus saunas and plant-based food afterwards.

Ecstatic Dance UK hosts its Sunday morning free-form dance practice at The Baths in Hackney Wick. Each session runs from 10am with warm-up music, an opening circle and embodied warm-up at 10.30am, a two-hour live DJ set from 11am, and a closing circle at 12.45pm; doors to the dance space close at 10.55am. The dance floor is non-verbal, barefoot and phone-free, with music ranging from ambient and electronica to world and organic beats, ending with a sound bath. Saunas, cold plunge pools and plant-based food are available at the venue afterwards, and under-12s can attend free with supervision.
