School of Icing

A practical biscuit icing class teaches colouring, piping, feathering, line and flood techniques using seasonal designs.

Two-hour classes for ages 14 and above include biscuits, icing and decorations, a take-home tin and tea or coffee. Themes run from Puppy Love and Country Walk to Haunted House and Christmas designs; select a published session when booking. The minimum class size is four, and the organiser may cancel if bookings are insufficient.
