Children bake a cookie and decorate an assembled gingerbread house with icing, sweets and sprinkles.
The Christmas class is a collaboration with Biscuiteers Baking Company, led by the Sauce team in the Conservatory. Children aged 4–10 must be accompanied by one adult, admitted free. The house, decorations, refreshments and packaging are included. The gingerbread is not gluten-, dairy-, egg-, wheat- or nut-free. No individual Biscuiteers tutor is named or automatically assigned. The native calendar and booking or course description give different finish times; the exact end remains unknown.
