The art of choux

Make, pipe and decorate choux pastry, preparing sweet pistachio profiteroles and a savoury éclair. Adult classes are for ages 15 and over; 15–17-year-olds must be accompanied by a paying adult. Ingredients, equipment and aprons are supplied, and the booked duration includes demonstrations, cooking and time to eat. Only participating guests can attend; spectators and waiting companions cannot be accommodated. At Oxford Street, arrive 10–15 minutes before class; Sunday classes outside John Lewis hours use the Hollies Street entrance.
