Rick Stein appears at St Swithin's Church in Bath to talk about his new book Rick Stein's Cookery Course, which distils sixty years of cooking experience into a single volume. The book covers techniques from basic dishes like scrambled eggs to soufflés and beef Wellington, with recipes including a Twice Baked Crab and Emmental Soufflé and a Spanish Chicken Traybake, each accompanied by tips and personal anecdotes. Doors open at 6.30pm for the 7pm start.
