Chef Jeremy Lee discusses his new cookbook Kitchening, a seasonal collection of recipes and culinary wisdom, at an evening event in Edinburgh.
Jeremy Lee, Chef Proprietor of Quo Vadis in Soho, appears to mark the publication of Kitchening, the follow-up to his award-winning debut Cooking. The book spotlights the finest produce from each month of the year, from leeks vinaigrette and pickled mackerel with gooseberries to spiced chickpeas with polenta, alongside guidance on cheeses, puddings, gluts and ingredient swaps. Doors open at 6.30pm for a 7pm start at the Royal Scots Club.
