From Sound to Sunrise at Wasing

An overnight equinox experience at Wasing featuring a night-long sound bath, dawn woodland walk, optional wild swim and sauna, and a fireside breakfast.

Held on the Spring Equinox, this overnight gathering for a small group begins at 8pm on Saturday 20 March 2027 in The Pavilion, Wasing's yoga studio, where sound therapist Monica Bazzani leads a sound bath whose sounds continue through the night. At dawn, guests take a guided walk through the Wasing woodlands to the wild swimming lake, with an optional early-morning swim and wood-fired sauna. The experience finishes with a fireside breakfast, herbal teas and Nootropics coffee, and a gift to take home, ending at 10am on Sunday 21 March.
