Level 2 Mental Health First Aid Course

A one-day accredited Level 2 First Aid for Mental Health course teaching how to recognise, approach and support people with mental health challenges.

This one-day accredited course covers recognising possible mental health issues, how to approach and talk to someone struggling, and where to signpost them for appropriate support. It is aimed at anyone wanting to create a more supportive environment at work, home or in the community. The session runs 9:30am to 4:30pm and includes a full colour manual, unlimited refreshments (but not lunch) and ongoing support; an e-certificate is awarded on successful completion.
