Flowerscapes

An exhibition of Meg Stevens' in-situ flower paintings from the Brecon area, from Nature in Art's collection, shown as part of a local environmental week.

Nature in Art is showing a selection of paintings by Meg Stevens from its own collection, last displayed in their entirety in 2017. Painted in situ in and around the Brecons where she lived, the works highlight wild flowers in their habitat and were often created outdoors in difficult conditions, with Stevens cycling out to remote spots to paint. The display forms part of a local environmental week.
