SEND relaxed general admission

A quieter early opening for neurodivergent visitors and people with additional needs to explore Wildlife World and the House museum.

Visitors can explore Wildlife World zoo and the House museum before the busier public day, with limited tickets and loud or flashing interactives kept to a minimum; animal sounds may still be heard. The session has no additional charge but must be booked with general admission or membership. The 9 December opening is limited to the zoo and Hall and does not include Christmas Experience elements.
