NWT Sweet Briar Marshes - Winter stargazing

A weather-dependent adult stargazing evening at NWT Sweet Briar Marshes, learning to find the North Star, Jupiter, star clusters and constellations.

Norfolk Wildlife Trust hosts an introduction to the night sky at Sweet Briar Marshes, meeting at the BMX track in Sloughbottom Park. Participants will learn to locate the North Star, spot Jupiter, double stars and star clusters, and use constellations to navigate the sky. Attendees are encouraged to bring binoculars and a red torch or rear bicycle light, and can use free night sky navigation apps. The 90-minute session is for adults only and will be cancelled the day before if the weather looks rainy or overcast.
