Adults' 'Build-a-Band' workshops

A five-week workshop series where adults aged 16+ form a band and learn to play indie/rock songs together on drums, bass, guitar, keys or vocals.

Music Broth runs a weekly 'Build-a-Band' workshop for adults, meeting each Tuesday evening across five weeks from 13th October to 10th November. Participants fill the roles of an indie/rock style band — drums, bass, guitar, keys and vocals — and learn favourite songs together, with the option of writing their own material. Total beginners and those with some experience are equally welcome, and the minimum age is 16. The sessions are led by Kenny and are supported by Glasgow Wellbeing and Glasgow Riverside Innovation District (GRID) funds.
