This sound bath experience is guided by Carly from Art of Love Sound Baths. Participants are immersed in the soothing vibrations of gongs, quartz crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, ocean drum, rain stick, and native flute. The session is designed to support deep physical, emotional, and energetic healing, allowing the nervous system to enter a state of rest and repair.
