Journey Within Wind Gong & Crystal Bowls

A one-hour sound meditation at Clay Farm Centre using a 90cm wind gong and crystal singing bowls, hosted by Lior Healing.

Lior Healing leads an hour-long sound meditation built around a large 90cm wind gong and crystal singing bowls. The session works with musical intervals such as octaves, perfect fifths and minor thirds to create layers of harmony, tension and silence, inviting deep listening rather than formal meditation. The host draws on a background as a doctor in Ukraine alongside training in therapeutic sound and holistic wellbeing. The event is in person, lasts about an hour and is for ages 18 and over.
