A one-hour sound bath session led by a sound therapist, using crystal singing bowls and other instruments to create therapeutic vibrations. Participants lie down or sit comfortably while guided through a full-body relaxation meditation, with the session aimed at calming the nervous system, reducing stress and supporting deep relaxation. No previous experience is needed and all levels are welcome.
