Repair Café Maidenhead

Volunteer-run repair café where coaches help visitors fix broken items, from electronics and textiles to ceramics and woodwork.

Repair Café Maidenhead meets at Maidenhead Library, where volunteer repair coaches help visitors bring broken items back to life and learn repair skills. Typical repairs include small electricals and electronics, IT assistance, laptop and phone fixes (excluding screen repairs), textile mending, glass and ceramic repairs, book binding and basic woodwork. Visitors bring one item per event and book a 45-minute time slot via a donation-based system; the café runs from 10am to 3pm on the second Saturday of each month and is open to all ages.
