Tim Hayward, Financial Times writer and owner of Fitzbillies, appears at Waterstones Cambridge to talk about his new book The Cocktail Hour, which covers 50 classic and modern drinks and the stories behind them. The evening includes a talk plus three small cocktail tastings. Hayward is a Guild of Food Writers and Fortnum and Mason award winner and a panellist on BBC Radio 4's The Kitchen Cabinet.
