Food and drinks writer Tim Hayward presents his book The Cocktail Hour, an evening of cocktails and the stories behind them. The book covers how to make 50 classic and modern drinks, from Gimlet to Gibson and Manhattan to Margarita, alongside the rituals, nostalgia and lore surrounding them. Hayward writes for the Financial Times and appears on BBC Radio 4's The Kitchen Cabinet.
