Tim Hayward, Financial Times writer and BBC Radio 4's The Kitchen Cabinet panellist, talks about The Cocktail Hour, which celebrates the ritual and stories behind cocktails as much as the recipes. The book covers how to make 50 classic and modern drinks, from Gimlet to Gibson and Manhattan to Margarita, with attention to good ingredients and the right equipment. Doors open at 7pm ahead of the 7.30pm start.
