Alphabetti Writing Group

A free, peer-led writing group for adults aged 16+ of all skill levels, meeting in the theatre's café/bar with prompts, challenges and guidance from group leader Quinn.

Alphabetti Theatre hosts a relaxed, peer-led writing group aimed at writers seeking community and motivation, whether to share work, develop an unfinished draft or simply write for fun. Sessions run 5:30–7pm in the café/bar area, which remains open to the public, so noise levels vary and participants may wish to bring headphones. Participants can bring their own projects or use set prompts, challenges and activities, with group leader Quinn on hand to offer guidance or facilitate discussion. All writing mediums and skill levels are welcome, and the space is step-free and dog friendly.
