This Tier 2 Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training session is an interactive, conversation-led day on understanding autism and learning disabilities and supporting people effectively in practice. It is delivered by a team of three facilitators combining professional teaching expertise with lived experience, with group discussion, real-life scenarios and takeaway resources. The published agenda covers registration and networking from 9am, welcome and introductions, then a session on understanding learning disabilities with real-life perspectives.
