Building Inclusive Teams - Neurodiversity for Employers

A three-hour workshop in Salisbury helping managers and HR professionals build neuroinclusive workplaces.

Caboodle Business Support hosts a practical three-hour workshop for people managers, HR professionals and senior teams on neurodiversity in the workplace. Led by inclusion training specialist Becs Tridgell of Autism Unlimited and supported by coach Ian Rowe, it covers neurodivergent conditions, common workplace barriers, sensory impacts of typical workspaces and strategies for enabling neurodivergent employees to thrive. It also addresses the challenges faced by staff who are parents of neurodivergent children. Registration opens at 9.30am, with the workshop running from 10am to 1pm.
