Sound Bath & Meditation at The Still Room

A monthly two-hour afternoon of guided meditation, breath work and an immersive sound bath at The Still Room studio in Norwich.

The Still Room hosts a monthly afternoon of guided meditation and immersive sound, with each session shaped by the season and local landscape. Participants are led through breath work, guided meditation and an extended sound bath using a range of instruments, followed by time to rest, reflect and share a warm drink. Arrivals from 2.30pm, closing at 5pm; attendees bring a mat, blanket and cushion.
