A floating sound bath in the Kohler Waters Spa pool at the Old Course Hotel, St Andrews, combining soothing water and healing sound.
Guests drift weightlessly in the spa pool while calming sound tones wash over them, aimed at releasing stress and relaxation. Doors open from 7.30pm for those wishing to enjoy the spa facilities, with the sound bath itself commencing at 8pm and running until 9pm. An optional add-on offers two hours' access to the hydrotherapy suite, including hydro pool, sauna, steam room and cold plunge pool, with bathrobes, towels and sliders provided.
