Chef’s Table With Harajuku Kitchen

An intimate 24-guest chef's table evening at Edinburgh Food & Drink Academy where Harajuku Kitchen prepares a multi-course Japanese menu live.

Edinburgh Food & Drink Academy hosts Harajuku Kitchen for a chef's table experience for just 24 guests on Friday 6th November 2026, 7pm–10.30pm. The evening opens with a glass of bubbles, followed by a multi-course Japanese menu — including wonton with spicy tuna tartare, chawanmushi, scallops, nigiri, miso-glazed black cod and mochi — prepared live in front of diners, with the team sharing the techniques and stories behind each dish. Bar drinks and wines are available on the night, with cold sake as an optional add-on.
