Heritage Enterprise Growth Residency
About
A two-day residential programme helping heritage, land-based and mission-led organisations build commercially resilient, mission-aligned operating models.
This two-day residential at the Royal Agricultural University is designed for heritage estates, historic houses, land-based charities and other mission-led organisations facing rising operating costs. Day one covers mission-led commercial strategy, including the true cost of stewardship, revenue streams without mission drift, asset and audience mapping, and a board-level challenge session. Day two explores new revenue models such as environmental credits and natural capital payments, building a balanced stewardship income stack, governance and greenwashing risk, and each organisation leaves with a mission-to-margin roadmap and 12-month action plan. The package includes pre-event diagnostics, mentor matching and a 90-minute follow-up strategy review.
